We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive with strong experience in the automation industry. The ideal candidate will handle marketing activities, generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales of automation products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns for automation products.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Manage social media platforms, website updates, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support business development.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation industry.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Prepare marketing materials (brochures, case studies, presentations, newsletters).
  • Maintain CRM database, track marketing & sales performance, and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for customized automation solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles in the industrial/automation sector.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, Drives, Sensors, and Industrial Control Systems.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative, analytical, and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and marketing automation software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or a related field.
