Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Social Media & Content

  • Plan & post 20–25 high-quality content pieces/month (reels, carousels, stories).
  • Maintain consistent brand tone: minimal, functional industrial, premium.
  • Build strong visual narratives in architectural spaces.
  • Manage content calendar & shoot coordination.

2. Lead Generation & Community (Sales)

  • Drive inbound/outbound leads from possible sources of lead generation.
  • Manage and onboard designer/architect interactions & follow-ups.
  • Build micro-community: homeowners, interior designers, architects.

3. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

  • Run targeted IG + Meta ads for homeowners & designers.
  • Retargeting campaigns for website visitors.
  • Manage ad budget, optimize cost per lead.

4. Collaborations

  • Identify and close partnerships with interior designers, architects, lifestyle pages.
  • Manage influencer barter + paid collaborations.

5. Brand & Campaign Strategy

  • Execute brand campaigns, new launches, and 10-year celebration content.
  • Maintain consistency across all touchpoints (reels, website, WhatsApp-like chat platform, consultations).
  • Suggest creative ideas to position The Black Steel as market leader.

6. Reporting & Growth

  • Weekly performance report.
  • Monthly insights & growth recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,328.75 - ₹21,880.96 per month
