Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Fresher to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing while learning from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis
• Support dealer and distributor network development
• Coordinate with sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Promote cement products through site visits, meetings, and campaigns
• Help execute branding, promotional, and trade marketing activities
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management
• Maintain records, reports, and daily activity logs
• Support local marketing events such as mason meets, contractor meets, and exhibitions

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts
• Willingness to do fieldwork
• Ability to learn about cement products and construction materials
• MS Excel / MS Word basic knowledge
• Result-oriented and proactive attitude

Preferred Traits

• Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
• Local market knowledge is an advantage
• Ready to travel within assigned territory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
