Marketing Executive – Logistics Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Promote logistics services including air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL), road transportation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the pricing and operations team.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with overseas agents and internal teams for smooth service execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Support branding and promotional activities such as email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and client presentations.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions when required.
• Ensure timely feedback collection and resolve client queries in coordination with operations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,302.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month
