Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the solar / renewable energy industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new customers, and promoting solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate new leads and business opportunities for solar products and projects

•Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements

•Present solar solutions, proposals, and cost estimates to clients

•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

•Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

•Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution

•Prepare sales reports, follow-ups, and documentation

•Stay updated on solar market trends, policies, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (solar / electrical / renewable energy preferred)

•Strong communication and negotiation skills

•Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner

•Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

•Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

•Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Education Qualification

•Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

•Technical background in Electrical / Renewable Energy will be an added advantage
