Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have experience in trading, building materials, MEP supplies, or industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers (B2B & corporate clients)
• Conduct cold calls, client visits, and market research
• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed sales
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Negotiate pricing and close sales within approved margins
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for order fulfillment
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Promote new products and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce
• 2–5 years of experience in UAE sales (Trading / Building Materials / Industrial Supplies preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-oriented with proven sales record
• Knowledge of UAE market is mandatory
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent follow-up skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
