Job Description:

The role requires traveling within the state for meetings with clients, vendors, and hotel partners when required. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Group Tour Costings and Budgets
• Design and Create Domestic & International Tour Packages
• Coordinate with Hotels, Transport Providers, Airlines, and Vendors
• Travel within the state for Client Meetings and Vendor Coordination
• Accompany Groups as a Tour Guide when required
• Handle end-to-end Group Tour Operations
• Maintain Vendor and Client Relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of Experience in Travel & Tourism
• Strong Knowledge of Group Costing and Tour Packages
• Willingness to Travel within the State for Official Meetings
• Ability to Communicate in Local Language(s)
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Manage Group Tours Independently
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• 2+ Years of Experience Handling Group Tours
• Strong Negotiation Skills with Vendors
• Destination Knowledge (Domestic or International)
• Experience in Client Handling & B2B Coordination
