Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in Freight Forwarding and International Logistics. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and promoting Air, Sea, and Land freight solutions in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Dubai and across the UAE
• Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transport, and Customs Clearance services
• Generate leads through cold calling, meetings, networking, and referrals
• Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth shipment handling

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of International Shipping (Air & Sea Freight)
• Good understanding of Dubai trade lanes and market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
