Sales & Marketing Executive

BSchool Bridge is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our admission platform and educational services. The candidate will be responsible for generating student leads, increasing brand awareness, and supporting admission growth through on-ground and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote BSchool Bridge services among students, colleges, and institutions.
• Generate quality leads through field visits, seminars, school/college campaigns, and events.
• Support digital marketing activities (social media promotions, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing).
• Conduct presentations and counseling sessions in colleges and coaching centers.
• Coordinate with the admission counseling team for lead conversion.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and follow-ups.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and fairs.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational partners.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate (Freshers) or 1–2 Years of Experience in marketing/sales (preferably in education sector).
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Confident personality with convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Forms, and social media platforms.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
