Job Summary

Grand SK Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and sales growth in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation and business development activities
• Sales of travel packages, tour packages, and holiday services
• Client acquisition and relationship management
• Cold calling, follow-ups, and customer meetings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for booking and operations

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales / business development / marketing
• Experience in travel agency, tourism, or service industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of lead generation, client handling, and closing sales
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualifications

• Any graduate or diploma
• MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
