Job Description: Dental Public Relation Officer

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Dental Public Relations Officer to enhance our clinic's reputation and drive patient growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing communication strategies, networking with medical professionals to increase referrals, and maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction through proactive engagement and reputation management.

Responsibilities:

• Networking & Referral Building: Establish and maintain relationships with local general physicians, specialists, and community groups to encourage patient referrals.
• Marketing & Promotion: Develop offline and online promotional campaigns to promote specialized services (e.g., orthodontics, implants).
• Community Outreach: Organize and represent the clinic at health camps, educational seminars, and community events.
• Digital & Social Media Management: Oversee social media content and website updates to maintain an active, positive online presence.
• Reputation Management: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving patient grievances, handling feedback professionally to protect the clinic's image.
• Communication Materials: Create brochures, newsletters, and press releases to educate the public on dental hygiene and services.
• Operational Liaison: Coordinate with dentists and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a PRO, marketing officer, or similar role (dental or healthcare experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local languages and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a "patient-first" attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
