Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts (social media, email marketing, ads)
• Work with the design and content teams to create promotional materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales (as applicable)
• Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong presentation skills
