Job Overview:

Swann Associates is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who can generate and convert high-budget residential leads (Luxury Bungalows & Turnkey Projects). The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing knowledge along with sales and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
• Post 2–3 premium reels/posts per week on Instagram & social media
• Follow up with 25–40 leads daily (Call + WhatsApp)
• Schedule and coordinate site visits
• Develop tie-ups with property dealers and loan agents
• Maintain lead data in Excel/CRM
• Professionally handle high-ticket luxury clients

Monthly Performance Targets:

• Generate 25+ qualified leads
• Schedule 8–10 site visits
• Support closing of 3 projects per month

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience (Construction / Interior / Real Estate preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads & Social Media Marketing
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Comfortable with field marketing activities
• Professional personality to handle premium clients

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 Fixed (Based on experience)
• ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 Incentive per Project Closed
• Fuel / Travel Reimbursement (As per company policy)
