Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our logistics services, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
• Conduct field visits to meet potential clients (manufacturers, traders, distributors, etc.).
• Promote company services including transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities.
• Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for smooth service execution.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing/sales, preferably in logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Diploma (Marketing or related field preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
