Vivantspace Trading & Decor LLP is a premium distributor of European decorative wall and floor finishes, including Silkplaster, Microcement, Travertino, Marmorino, and luxury surface solutions. We operate across India and UAE, serving architects, interior designers, contractors, and premium residential projects.

We are expanding and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
• Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors
• Present product samples and conduct site/product demonstrations
• Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain client database and CRM updates
• Coordinate with application and project teams

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Manage social media coordination and lead generation
• Participate in exhibitions and trade events
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions
• Identify new markets and expansion opportunities

UAE Travel Requirement:

• Candidate must be willing to travel to UAE when required for:
• Client meetings
• Project coordination
• Exhibition participation
• Market development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business / Interior / Civil / Related Field
• 2–5 years experience in Sales & Marketing (Building Materials / Interior / Construction preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable personality with confidence in client meetings
• Willingness to travel (India & UAE)
• Valid Passport (Preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in decorative finishes / paint / tiles / interior products
• Existing network with architects and designers
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Strong follow-up skills
• Good English communication (Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory)
