Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our Karachi office. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the food industry and strong knowledge of sales growth, market expansion, customer relationship management, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, distributors, wholesalers, and retail clients in Karachi market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
  • Conduct market visits to analyze competitor activities, pricing, and product placement.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility activities.
  • Coordinate with distributors and ensure product availability in market.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Follow up on payments, recoveries, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, supply chain, and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Food Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Karachi market channels (retail / wholesale / distributors).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Must have own bike/car (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Karachi based candidate only.
  • Experience with FMCG / Food Products / Snacks / Beverages / Confectionery preferred.
  • Immediate joiner will be preferred.
