Sales & Marketing Executive – Account Management

Job Overview:

We are looking to hire a dynamic and motivated “Sales & Marketing Executive – Account Management to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and retention, and supporting revenue growth through proactive account management and strategic upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and smooth coordination with internal departments to meet client needs.
  • Actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio by aligning Intellexal’s solutions with evolving client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly upsell revenue targets as set by management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support outreach campaigns, client success stories, and feedback loops.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with clients to share performance insights and explore further service expansions.
  • Keep CRM and internal dashboards updated with all account activities and progress.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competition, and client behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Follow up on invoices, renewals, and documentation as per process. Ensure CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or any in-house platform) are updated regularly with client activities and progress.
  • Coordinate follow-ups on payments and renewals where necessary.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives from a client perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA is a plus.)
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client/account management roles.
  • Previous experience in the tech or SaaS industry will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
