Sales & Marketing Executive (Basic + Commission)

About the Role

Travel Docs Pro is expanding its team in Karachi! We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive our visa and travel service sales, engage with clients, and help us grow our brand across Pakistan and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
• Promote company services including visa processing, travel consultation, and documentation support.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads.
• Assist in creating marketing content and digital campaigns.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report results to management.
• Represent the company professionally with excellent communication and customer service.

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Knowledge of travel, visa, or immigration services is a plus.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: PKR 15,000 per month
• Commission: 20% on confirmed sales (no cap on earnings)
