We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2-3 years of proven experience in the travel and In bound-tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel market, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and build lasting relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
· Identify and target potential clients in the tourism industry to generate new business.
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
· Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
· Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns.
· Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Tele Sales
· Handle inbound calls to potential clients.
· Promote and sell tourism packages and services over the phone.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
· Achieve monthly sales targets.
· Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Outdoor Sales
· Meet with potential clients and offer customized tourism packages.
· Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase services.
· Develop and maintain relationships with tour agents and corporate clients.
· Identify and generate new business opportunities.
· Achieve sales targets and expand client base.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in the tourism industry in Dubai, with a proven track record in sales and marketing.
· Strong network within the tourism sector, with the ability to bring in ready business upon joining.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in using MS Office and other sales tools.
· A passion for travel and a deep understanding of the tourism industry.
