Sales & Marketing Executive (IT Solutions)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT software solutions and the ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, promoting IT products and services, and achieving sales targets within the Omani market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and digital transformation sector.
  • Promote and sell software solutions, IT systems, and digital services to government and private sector clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations in Arabic and English.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper solution delivery.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events in Oman.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–5 years experience in IT software sales or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Enterprise software solutions
  • Cloud services
  • ERP systems
  • Digital transformation projects
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Valid Omani driving license (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
