Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and market research
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on inquiries
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software
  • Willingness to travel, if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month
