We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead our growth efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize repeat business.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, and deal closure.
Marketing
- Create and implement marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline) to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Manage content creation for website, blogs, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversions.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Coordinate with product, operations, and senior management to align marketing and sales efforts.
- Mentor and guide a small team or external agencies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales and/or marketing role, with proven success in meeting revenue and growth targets.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
