Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Intern to support our US business development and marketing initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates from reputed universities in New Jersey or New York to gain hands-on experience in B2B technology marketing, events, and sales enablement.

What You Will Do


  • Assist in booth setup, coordination, and execution for marketing events, conferences, and expos.

  • Support on-ground marketing activities including brand visibility, promotional material management, and lead engagement.

  • Manage event logistics, registrations, and follow-up communications with participants and prospects.

  • Contribute to social media and digital marketing campaigns to enhance event and brand presence.

  • Collaborate with the India marketing and design teams for collateral, presentations, and digital content.

  • Maintain and update CRM databases with event and lead-related information.

  • Support sales enablement initiatives such as lead research, outreach tracking, and campaign execution.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies and creative content planning.


Requirements

What We Need


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications from a reputed NJ/NY/PA university.

  • Eligible to work in the United States under CPT (Curricular Practical Training) or OPT (Optional Practical Training) authorization.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Willingness to assist with in-person events and travel within the tri-state area when required.
