Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generator / Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. Your main goal will be to generate high-quality leads, support our sales team, and grow our presence in the market through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, and online campaigns).
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up and converted.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns and lead data to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials, social media content, and email campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or marketing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
