Sales & Marketing Manager

A Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving both sales growth and brand awareness through effective strategies. They develop and implement marketing plans while also setting and achieving sales targets. The role involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. They work closely with the sales team to generate leads, convert prospects, and retain customers. The manager ensures that all marketing campaigns are aligned with sales goals and overall business objectives. They track performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve results. Managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring consistent brand messaging are key responsibilities. Additionally, they lead, motivate, and train the team to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
