Sales & Marketing Manager

With a reputation for excellence, innovation, and precision service, we are expanding our leadership team and seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and accelerate our commercial expansion.

Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee RSL’s sales and marketing functions with full responsibility for revenue strategy, business development, and client relationship management. This role requires a proven record in high-value B2B sales, strong marketing acumen, and the ability to lead teams while shaping strategy in the UAE’s competitive transport and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets, including multi-million dirham contracts.
  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close opportunities across corporate, aviation, hospitality, and government sectors.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain C-level relationships, lead complex contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Marketing Management: Design and implement campaigns that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support sales initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales and marketing team, driving performance and fostering a results-oriented culture.
  • Market Intelligence: Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, analyze market trends, and refine commercial strategy to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and executive leadership to align commercial goals with business strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership in the UAE; experience in transport, logistics, or hospitality strongly preferred.
  • Strong network of senior-level decision-makers across target industries.
  • Proven ability to secure and manage complex, high-value contracts.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, Odoo, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
