Sales & Marketing Manager

CS Promoters & Builders is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts for our exclusive villas and villa plots in Hosur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate marketing, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets for villas and villa plots.
• Execute campaigns across online & offline channels (digital, social media, print, outdoor, events).
• Generate leads and convert prospects through innovative marketing tactics and relationship building.
• Conduct competitor analysis and keep abreast of market trends to refine sales approach.
• Manage inquiries and follow-ups with potential buyers, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales team to support promotions, site visits, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with digital agencies for ad creation, SEO, and social media presence.
• Organize property exhibitions and roadshows, enhancing brand visibility in the region.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
