About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in the EdTech or IT training sector. The ideal candidate will lead our marketing team, plan and execute strategies to drive student enrollment, and strengthen the brand presence across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Lead and manage a marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination and target achievement.
- Drive lead generation and student enrollment campaigns through digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and placement teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Manage social media, website, and digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and oversee promotional events, webinars, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance metrics for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in EdTech, IT Training, or Software Education industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and lead conversion techniques.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively
