Job Description: Sales & Marketing Manager

Industry: Real Estate – Luxury Second Homes
Location: Mumbai (Travel to Lonavala 2–3 days a week)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
Experience: 5–10 years (Luxury real estate, second homes, hospitality)
Qualification: MBA/Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and brand-building initiatives for our premium luxury second-home villa project. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship-building, high-end client management, and creating impactful marketing strategies to position the project as a top investment choice for HNIs, NRIs, and affluent buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for luxury villa projects.
  • Generate high-quality leads through referrals, networking, digital channels, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wealth managers, brokers, luxury brands, and real estate consultants.
  • Expand outreach to HNIs, NRIs, corporate clients, and luxury lifestyle communities.

Marketing

  • Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns to position the project as a premium lifestyle investment.
  • Drive brand visibility through digital marketing, social media, print, PR, and events.
  • Work with creative agencies to develop brochures, videos, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Oversee website content, SEO, PPC, and online campaigns to maximize high-quality lead generation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand pricing, offerings, and market trends.

Reporting & Management

  • Track, analyze, and present sales performance vs budgeted KPIs (lead flow, site visits, conversions).
  • Prepare MIS reports for management on sales and marketing performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team with regular feedback and performance reviews.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of luxury customer behavior and high-end real estate sales.
  • Strong digital marketing and branding knowledge.
  • Strong network with HNIs, NRIs, wealth managers, and corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in luxury real estate.
  • Ability to lead a team, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
