Requirements and skills

Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking.
• Promote and sell products/services to prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records and client data.

Marketing

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Promote the brand across digital and offline platforms.
• Support creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.

Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good presentation and customer-handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: Rs.15000/- to Rs.20000/- + Petrol allowance + Incentive (Salary is not a constrain for the right candidate)
