Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our team in the UAE. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating marketing projects, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with assigned clients
• Understand client needs and translate them into clear tasks for internal teams
• Coordinate with designers, media buyers, and content teams to deliver marketing campaigns
• Follow up on project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Support lead follow-ups and assist in the sales process when required
• Prepare reports and updates for clients
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing projects and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker (Gulf-Arabic) with strong English communication skills
• Currently based in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license
• Previous experience in a marketing agency or client management role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Professional attitude when dealing with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in digital marketing agencies
• Familiarity with social media marketing, advertising campaigns, or content production
• Experience coordinating with creative or marketing teams
