Role Overview

We are looking for a powerhouse Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growth-focused team. This isn't a role for generalists—we need a specialist who speaks the language of Cleaning, Security, Maintenance, Rope Access, and Pest Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Identify and secure new business opportunities across all soft services (Cleaning, Security, Pest Control, and specialized Rope Access).
• Market Strategy: Develop and execute localized market strategies to stay ahead of the competition in the Dubai FM sector.
• Lead Generation: Build a robust pipeline of B2B clients, including commercial towers, residential communities, and retail hubs.
• Tendering: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and company profit margins.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Act as the face of the company, building long-term trust with key stakeholders and procurement managers.

Requirements (The "Must-Haves")

• Industry Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience within the UAE Soft Services industry (Cleaning, Security, Maintenance, Rope Access, Pest Control).
• Market Intelligence: Extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate and facility management landscape.
• Target Driven: A proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a significant plus).
• Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
