Prime Educational Hub (PEH) is hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth, drive enrollments, and manage our marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

· Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing team, ensuring performance targets are met

· Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize conversion rates across all channels

· Plan and oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, paid campaigns, content, and branding

· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders

· Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning strategies

· Manage the sales pipeline, CRM, and forecasting to ensure consistent business growth

· Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and track campaign effectiveness and ROI

· Collaborate with internal teams (training, operations, and management) to align business objectives

· Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and corporate packages for clients

· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

· Minimum 4–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in training, education, or consultancy sector

· Strong leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills

· Hands-on experience in digital marketing (social media, paid campaigns, lead generation, and conversion optimization)

· Experience in B2B sales, corporate client handling, and business development

· Proficiency in CRM systems, sales pipeline management, and reporting

· Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic growth plans

· Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
