Sales & Marketing Manager( Steel Manufacturing Industry)

India

Position: Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: As discussed preferably in Fitting Industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new orders and expand the customer base.
  • Follow up on quotations and ensure timely closure of orders.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Visit customers for business development and meetings as required.
  • Submit regular reports on customer visits, enquiries, and order status.

Work Arrangement

  • Candidate will be based at the company office.
  • Travel for customer visits will be required, but on non-visit days, the candidate is expected to be present at the company premises.

Salary + Incentive Structure

Fixed Salary:

  • Per Month - Based on experience
  • Reimbursements: Travel, phone, and out-of-pocket expenses (against bills).

Incentives (for New Customers Only):

  • For every confirmed order from a new customer incentive = Certain % of order value (basic order value, excluding taxes).
  • Incentive will be paid quarterly once the customer makes full payment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
