Sales & Marketing Manager(Agochemicals)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate new B2B leads through both online and offline methods.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and expand business in terms of volume and value.
  • Price Negotiation & Order Confirmation: Responsible for negotiating prices with clients and ensuring successful order confirmation.
  • Sales Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Product Knowledge: Have strong understanding of food and feed additives products or chemical products.
  • Travel: Travel to other cities and states as required for marketing purposes (15-20 days per month).
  • End-to-End Sales Activities: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to order closure. Collection of payment on time from customers.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events, product launches, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and build brand loyalty.

Required Skills:-

· Must have good communication skills.

· Should be good with computer applications.

· Can speak the local language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
