Job Description (Sales & Marketing - Real Estate)
Main Responsibilities
Typical duties include:
Lead generation
Find clients through online ads, social media, calls, and networking
Property sales & leasing
Promote residential/commercial properties and close deals
Client relationship management
Build relationships with buyers, tenants, and investors
Property viewings
Show properties and explain features, pricing, and location
Negotiation & closing
Handle pricing, contracts, and agreements
Marketing activities
Create listings, run campaigns, manage ads, brochures, and social media
Market research
Track property trends, competitors, and pricing
Sales targets
Achieve monthly or quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Qatar real estate market
Networking and client handling ability
English required (Arabic is a big advantage).
