Guardian Sleep is seeking an experienced Sales professional to produce sales and help grow our customer relationships. We are in search of candidates that exhibit great potential, an enthusiastic spirit, a can-do attitude, and the ability to make customer service a priority for patient care. If this is you, we have an open position for a DME Sales & Marketing Territory Representative role at our Fresno, CA location.

To succeed in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales and/or medical device sales to help us grow our business, specializing in CPAP/BIPAP, Ventilators, bracing, and all other general DME supplies and equipment. This Sales & Marketing Territory Representative position is full-time and includes a competitive compensation package to include base salary, a quarterly bonus plan, and a company vehicle. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401K, medical, dental, and vision. This position would be most fitted with someone with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Conduct market research and analyze customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Manage and grow existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or account management roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive decision-making
- Proficient in CRM software for managing leads and sales activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
