Sales & Marketing Representative – Laboratory Testing Services (Denver Area)

Laboratory Service Partners is a Denver-based laboratory testing provider serving medical practices and clinics with fast, accurate test results. Our portfolio includes diagnostic and specialized testing services tailored to the Front Range market.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales & Marketing Representative with established physician contacts and/or a proven book of business. This role focuses on leveraging your network to build and manage relationships with clinics and other medical organizations that use lab testing—ideal for a self-starter who thrives in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and close new business with healthcare accounts in the Denver metro area using your existing physician relationships.
• Maintain and grow revenue from existing clients through regular check-ins and service reviews.
• Coordinate closely with lab staff to align test menus, turnaround times, and client requirements.
• Visit client sites to present services, answer questions, and support onboarding.
• Represent Laboratory Service Partners at local events, networking groups, and industry meetings.
• Track activity, pipeline, and results; provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• Proven B2B sales experience in the medical business, with established physician contacts and/or a book of business required.
• Experience in healthcare, lab testing, diagnostics, or medical devices strongly preferred.
• Comfortable discussing technical information and lab testing concepts.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Based in the Denver area with reliable transportation.

• Denver metro area and surrounding communities; local travel required.
