Sales & Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

At Fider Shipping LLC, we move goods fast—and we’re looking for someone who can move business even faster. This is a full-time, high-energy role where you will own the full sales cycle while building and scaling our digital marketing presence, with a strong focus on SEO and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calls, emails, and networking
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Handle customer inquiries, understand client needs, and overcome objections
• Follow up on all leads consistently until closure
• Close deals via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies:
• Keyword research & targeting
• On-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking)
• Off-page SEO (backlinks, authority building)
• Technical SEO (site speed, indexing, structure)
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns:
• Google Ads (Search & Display)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Email marketing campaigns and automation
• Content creation and optimization
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools
• Monitor KPIs and deliver measurable ROI from marketing efforts
• Maintain accurate sales and marketing data in CRM systems

Requirements

• Proven sales track record (must demonstrate results)
• Strong hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Experience with tools such as:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Strong copywriting skills (ads, landing pages, email campaigns)
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
