Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing professional to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance brand visibility. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and market share goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, partnerships, and channels.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the full sales cycle (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management.

Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Work with creative teams to develop marketing collateral, content, and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance (ROI, conversion rates, engagement).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development .
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, CRM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-changing market environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
