Sales & Marketing Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Trainee to support our sales growth, brand visibility, and field operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the food chain/restaurant industry and must have a personal bike for field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing sales and marketing activities to increase customer reach and brand presence.
• Conduct field visits to outlets, distributors, and market areas using own bike.
• Support daily sales operations, order follow-up, and customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management.
• Help in planning promotions, sampling activities, and outlet branding.
• Maintain relationships with retail customers, vendors, and outlet staff.
• Prepare basic sales reports and share insights with the team.
• Ensure product visibility and availability at designated locations.

Requirements

• Food chain industry experience is mandatory.
• Personal bike with valid license is required.
• Minimum education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s (preferred).
• Strong communication, field sales skills, and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily visit targets.
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
