Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end sales operations, including client relationship management and deal closures.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Track team performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and post-sales support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–4years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Sound knowledge of the Warangal real estate market preferred.
