Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end sales operations, including client relationship management and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Track team performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and post-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–4years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Sound knowledge of the Warangal real estate market preferred.

Work Location: Remote

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
