Sales Merchandiser

The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for promoting products, maintaining product displays, and ensuring goods are properly stocked in retail stores. The role involves coordinating with store staff, monitoring product availability, and helping increase sales by maintaining attractive product presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores to deliver products as per received order & check product availability and displays (Carrefour & Union Coop Experience Preferred)

• Arrange products on shelves according to company standards

• Ensure shelves are clean, organized, and well stocked

• Monitor product stock levels and report shortages

• Coordinate with store managers regarding product placement and promotions

• Implement promotional displays and marketing materials

• Check product expiry dates and remove damaged items

• Collect market information and report competitor activities

• Prepare daily sales and merchandising reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or retail is an advantage especially in FMCG

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores

• Basic computer knowledge for reporting

• Physical ability to handle product displays and stock arrangement

• Holds valid UAE driving license and car
