Job Description
- Follow up with existing customers for reorders of coffee, capsules, and machines.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of coffee products, types, and flavors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, visits, events, and social media. Identify potential customers such as homes, offices, cafés, and hotels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of Najjar coffee and machines.
- Negotiate and finalise sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
- Provide after-sales support including machine setup, training, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order delivery and product availability.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with company standards
Requirement
- Valid UAE driving license required
- Communication: English (medium level)
- Minimum 2 years of Field sales experience
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
