We are looking for a dynamic Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and driving the business by building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with strategically important customers.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
- Analyze sales figures, customers' reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear-outs, etc.
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices
Key Requirements:-
- 4-5 years proven working experience in merchandising with Saudi driving licence
- Ensures that work is completed within lead time
- Manages order placement against volumes
- Manage price effectiveness – fix correct pricing of the product
- Manage delivery and payment schedules
- Up-to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Commercial acumen and the ability to decode customers
- Strong presentation, listening and decision-making skills
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
