- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Monetization Specialist to drive revenue growth by acquiring customers for our premium promotional services, including boosted listings, featured ads, and other paid features on our online marketplace. You will be responsible for identifying potential sellers or businesses, educating them on the benefits of our advertising options, and converting them into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Outreach
- Identify and contact high-potential users (e.g., sellers, service providers) who would benefit from promoted listings.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through cold outreach, referrals, and platform leads.
- Conduct sales calls, product demos, and negotiate package deals to close sales.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries about advertising options and boost packages.
- Marketing Collaboration
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotions and materials that support sales efforts.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product and pricing strategies.
- Performance Tracking
- Track and report on KPIs including number of boosts sold, revenue generated, and customer retention.
- Use CRM tools to maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
Compensation:
- Base salary + commission (or commission-only, depending on structure)
- Performance bonuses and incentives
