IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT – SALES OFFICER (SO)

We are a well-established distribution company representing reputed brands such as HUL, ITC, Pepsi, CAMPA Cola, and more. Along with distribution across Tuticorin and surrounding districts, we also operate a state-of-the-art packaged drinking water plant (Parle’s Bailley) at Kilavallanadu, Thoothukudi.

We are urgently looking for an experienced Sales officer to join our Water Plant Sales Team.

Requirements:

• Local candidate from TENKASI district preferred
• Any degree qualification (mandatory)
• 3–6 years of proven sales experience in FMCG / retail distribution
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Compulsory: Two-wheeler with valid driving licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle overall sales operations for TENKASI district
• Drive primary sales and ensure secondary sales growth through the team
• Achieve monthly targets and ensure market expansion
• Develop strong distributor/retailer relationships in the territory
• Collect market insights and competitor feedback
• Ensure timely collection of payments (Cash & Carry model)
• Coordinate with management for reporting, claims, and schemes
