SALES OFFICER

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to join our office-based sales team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, with strong experience in customer handling, lead follow-up, and sales closing over phone and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person

Build relationships with potential clients through professional communication

Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable services/products

Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures

Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions

Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to improve sales performance

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in indoor sales or customer service (minimum 2 years)

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Confident, presentable, and well-organized

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Knowledge of CRM tools or sales systems is a plus

UAE experience preferred
