Job Description

We are hiring Sales Officers for our growing Banking Sales (Credit Cards) division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, good communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets.

This is an outdoor field sales role, suitable for both experienced professionals and ambitious freshers looking to start a career in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers
• Conduct field visits, lead generation, and direct customer engagement
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Complete applications and submit documents as per bank guidelines
• Provide post-sales support and follow-up

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales (credit cards or similar) in UAE or home country is a must
• Must be comfortable with field sales (outdoor role)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fluent in English is a plus
