Sales Officer

We at OZ Developers are hiring a Sales Officer / Sales Executive. The role is focused on establishing and nurturing strong client relationships within a designated territory. The primary responsibility includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and consistently meeting sales targets. The position requires proactive engagement through cold calls, field visits, and maintaining effective communication with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage sales accounts relationships in the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls to generate potential leads.
• Carry out regular field visits to customers within the assigned territory.
• Communicate with established leads and develop long-term rapport.
• Achieve sales growth and KPI targets consistently.
• Convert new accounts and retain existing customers.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns with the support of the Trade Marketing team.
• Meet with customers to understand their evolving needs and assess the quality of business relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
